The Executive Council is normally composed of:-

The Governor now proposes to reduce the Orficial Membership to six (24). There are five existing ex-ofricio Members and he proposes to appoint Mr. Hazlerigg (ex-Crown Counsel and Civilian Political Advisor to the C.C.A.0. during the Military Administration) temporarily as a sixth. Orficial Member pending the return of Dr. Selwyn-Clarke.

The Governor proposes to increase the Unoffice 1 Membership to Tour by adding one Chinese thus making two European and two Chinese Unofficial Members. For these appointments he proposes:-
